My coaching positions are via application only. I'm selective of the athletes that I choose because I'm looking to work with athletes that have a particular mindset and work ethic. You could be an Olympic Gold Medalist but if you have a sh** attitude, you're not working with me! Simple.
So be prepared to work hard, work smart, ask questions and look towards building something exciting rather than a 'get-fit-quick- approach.
